General terms and conditions of companies affiliated to the ICT-group:

If a client within a period of 15 working days to 5 working days before the start of the training in writing (including e-mail) asks for postponing the Training and Improve agrees with this postponement, then 15% of the invoice amount is charged as well as any other costs incurred (including costs incurred for exam and / or accommodation).
Postponing within 5 working days before the start of the training, and 'no show' (not present), is handled in conformity with Article 30.6 of the Terms as a cancellation within one week.
